Skinnerbukta

Skinnerbukta is a west-facing bay on the sheltered side of Malmøya island, just a short distance from downtown Oslo — drop anchor here and soak up the evening sun well into the night. The southern shore has a public swimming beach, and the coastal path around Malmøya makes for a great stretch of the legs once you're ashore. Views across to Sjursøya's container port give it a gritty, working-harbour backdrop that somehow adds to the charm.
