Spiagga della Papesca

Spiaggia della Papesca sits on Lipari's northeast coast, tucked between the volcanic obsidian and pumice quarry zone and the beach at Canneto — so the geology here is genuinely unlike anywhere else. You anchor off and get yourself ashore via a short staircase down to the beach, nothing strenuous. It's raw and unhurried, well away from the busier parts of the island.
