Sune Carlsons båtvarv Marina

Sune Carlsons båtvarv is a marina tucked into the Baggensudden peninsula in Nacka, part of the classic Stockholm archipelago fringe just east of the city. The site covers around 3.8 hectares, with roughly 1.5 hectares of water area, giving it a compact but well-defined character. The place has real history — it ran as a traditional boatyard under the Carlson name for decades before being taken over by Moranviken Marina AB in August 2023, so the bones of a working yard are still very much part of the feel here.
