Taylor's Creek

Taylor's Creek puts you right in the heart of Beaufort, with wild dolphins cruising past and the town's waterfront just a short dinghy ride away. Anchor on the southern side of the channel only — tidal currents run swift here, so take your time setting the hook. At night, listen out for the surprisingly loud croaking of fish reverberating through the hull, and look up to spot the famous wild horses of Carrot Island grazing on the opposite shore.
