Unije

Unije is a quietly captivating small island in the Kvarner Gulf, part of the Cres-Lošinj archipelago in the northern Adriatic — you anchor off and take in a place that's genuinely off the beaten track. The island has a single village, virtually no cars, and lush Mediterranean vegetation covering its hilly terrain. It's reachable by catamaran from Rijeka, Pula, or Mali Lošinj, so the locals do get here, but it still feels like you've found somewhere the rest of the world forgot about.
