Wergeaster Wettersport Feriening Marina

This small, laid-back community marina in the Frisian village of Wergea sits along quiet inland waterways just east of Leeuwarden, making it a great base for exploring the Dutch lake district. It has 45 permanent berths plus around 5 spots for those passing through, all managed by volunteer harbormasters who keep things friendly and low-key. Rates are very reasonable at €1.25 per running metre, plus €1.65 per person per night.
