WSV de Eems

WSV de Eems sits at the mouth of the Ems estuary in the small harbour village of Termunterzijl, where the inland waterways of Groningen meet the open Wadden Sea. It's a proper frontier feel out here — tidal flats, big skies, and the kind of quiet that's hard to find closer to the city. From here you're well-placed to explore the meandering lagoons and channels of the Eemsdelta, or continue onwards into the Wadden Sea. The village itself is tiny but the sailing club keeps the marina well-run and welcoming.
