Yachtclub Wismar 61 e.V. is Wismar's largest marina, sitting right at the narrowest point of Wismar Bay as it pinches toward the city — a genuinely striking spot to tie up. The club has deep roots going back to 1897 and covers sailing and motor boats, with a sailing school and regular regattas on the calendar. From here you're right on the doorstep of Wismar's UNESCO-listed old town, so it's easy to head in and explore the medieval brick architecture and harbour squares on foot.
