Tucked into Sant Antoni's carrer de l'Estrella, this charming little gem is a restored 18th-century flour mill built in traditional Majorcan style, with a distinctive narrow tower you won't find anywhere else on the island. Inside, it houses the Carmen Tur Museum Collection — a fascinating look at everyday Ibizan life through clothing, tools, household items, and local heritage artifacts. Entry is free, the staff are genuinely welcoming, and it won't take more than an hour of your time.
