They offer both duty-free and duty-paid fuel, and if your vessel has been issued a vignette and you're staying 72+ hours in Montenegro, you qualify for tax-free pricing, which adds up fast on a bigger boat. The pontoon sits low but is well-fendered, so coming alongside is straightforward.
