Folkestone Marine Park and Museum

Established in 1981, Folkestone Marine Park is Barbados's protected marine reserve on the West Coast, sitting just north of Holetown. You can snorkel, dive, paddleboard, or simply walk the boardwalk and dig into the on-site marine museum — all in one spot. It's one of the few places on the island where the underwater ecosystem is genuinely safeguarded, making the reef life here noticeably richer than elsewhere.
