Jardin is a seafood-focused restaurant in Preko, right off the ferry dock, serving up fresh fish and beautifully cooked grilled octopus alongside solid pasta and risotto. The fish soup gets particular praise, and the homemade-style tagliatelle is worth ordering. Views of the water add to the relaxed atmosphere, and the staff are genuinely friendly rather than just going through the motions.
