Wind Rose

Rose des Vents is a charming stop in Grasse, the perfume capital of the world, where every May the town transforms for ExpoRose — a three-day festival featuring over 25,000 cut roses adorning fountains, statues, and public squares. The air is thick with competing floral scents as locals and judges vie to crown the most beautiful and sweetest-smelling rose among some 13,000 rose bushes and 8,500 bouquets on display. If you time your visit right, it's one of the most sensory-rich festivals in the south of France.
