Phocea La Paz is an outdoor spot along the shores of La Paz where you can soak in the laid-back Baja vibe while taking in views of the Sea of Cortez. It's a great launching point for exploring the bay, whether you're into kayaking, snorkeling, or just watching the sea lions do their thing.
