Sa Llotja is a stunning 15th-century Gothic sandstone building that started life as a merchants' stock exchange — one of the most striking medieval structures in all of Mallorca. Designed by Mallorcan sculptor Guillem Sagrera, it sits right on the waterfront in Palma's old town and is free to enter. The soaring interior and ornate exterior details make it genuinely worth stepping inside, not just photographing from the square.
