Xoriguer Gin factory

Xoriguer is the gin that basically defines Menorca*, and this distillery in Mahón lets you see exactly how it's made. The tour walks you through the island's gin-making history and takes you right up to the traditional copper pot stills that have been producing this local spirit for generations. You'll finish up in the shop where you can taste and pick up a bottle (or a few) of the real deal.
