Børsen Eatery

One of Lofoten's most celebrated restaurants, Børsen Spiseri in Svolvær is the place to go if you want to taste what this region is actually known for — seriously fresh, locally sourced Lofoten ingredients cooked with care. The restaurant spans two floors with 160 seats, and can host private events for up to 250 people. It's a proper sit-down experience, open daily from 18:00–22:00.
