Kuca Rabske Torte

This is the place to go if you want to get serious about Rab's most famous export — Rapska torta, a rich almond and maraschino cake first served to Pope Alexander III way back in 1177. It's part museum, part deli, and part hands-on experience: you can watch it being made, taste it, or even join a workshop and try making it yourself. Genuinely one of the more memorable food experiences on the island.
