Clara Hof Destillerie

Clara Hof Destillerie is a craft distillery and shop in Eckernförde where you can pick up locally made spirits that are sold exclusively on-site — nowhere else. The copper distillation column is visible through a glass wall, so you can peek into the actual production while you browse. Look out for their use of Porst, a rare regional herb that finds its way into their gin, aquavit, and herbal anise spirits, giving the range a distinctly local character.
