Ottoman Bath (Hammam)

Tucked inside Chios Castle on the northwest side of the walls, this restored Ottoman bath complex (Hammam) gives you a rare look into the island's layered history under Genoese and Ottoman rule. The surviving architecture is surprisingly intact, making it one of the more tangible remnants of that era you can actually step inside and explore. Well worth a stop if you're poking around the old castle grounds.
