Chapelle Saint-Érasme

Tucked into the old town on Rue Forcioli Conti, this small church was built by the Jesuits in 1622 and originally dedicated to Saint Ignatius of Loyola before being rededicated to Saint Erasmus (also known as Saint Elmo). It's one of those quietly historic spots that most people walk past without realizing how old it actually is — a genuine piece of Ajaccio's early colonial-era religious history.
