Founded in 2019, the Red History Museum is Croatia's first museum dedicated to communist Yugoslav history, giving you a hands-on look at what everyday life actually felt like under the regime. It's surprisingly personal and immersive — less dry history lesson, more walk-through-the-past experience. You'll come away with a real sense of how people lived, what they believed, and how it all unraveled into the Homeland War.
