Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. For damage it doesn't cover, your liability is usually limited to the security deposit, except where the operator's terms say otherwise. Operator terms: Lost items are charged at: boat hook EUR 45 each, catamaran mattresses EUR 650 each, mooring line EUR 35 each, fender EUR 45 each, portable radio EUR 95 each, 220V cable EUR 250 each.

Fuel isn't included — you return the tank full. Estimated from engine power: this boat's ~60 HP engines burn roughly 4.8 L/h while motoring, so a typical week (about 3 h a day, ~21 h) works out to roughly 101 L ≈ €173 at €1.71/L — scale it to your own plans.

Not if you add a skipper — this boat offers one, who holds the licence. Generally, though: A recognised sailing licence is required, with an ICC typically requested for non-Spanish skippers chartering a bareboat.

If a storm warning is issued before departure, we'll look for new dates based on boat availability. If it is issued after you've left, you must head back to the base port when required. Ignoring that order means losing your security deposit, even if nothing is damaged.

Your week includes 60 nautical miles. Anything beyond that is charged at EUR 0.95 per mile according to the GPS. For example, a 160-mile round trip to Ibiza means 100 miles extra, or EUR 95.

Trips to Ibiza are possible, but transfer or escort options aren't guaranteed until the weather forecast confirms the crossing is viable. Boarding or disembarking at any port other than the base requires permission from the local Harbour Master's Office, and you are responsible for requesting it.

Technical assistance is guaranteed only at the base port. If a breakdown happens in the islands, we can't promise a repair until you're back at the base.

Yes. For bareboat charters, your booking isn't confirmed until we've accepted the navigation licence and nautical experience CV of the skipper you propose.
