About this boat
Calm mornings out of Preveza give mixed-ability crews an easy start, then the afternoon sea breeze fills in for proper sailing across short hops to the islands. Flybridge cushions and davits for the dinghy mean everyone spreads out, swims, and stays comfortable through the heat.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this boat insured, and who pays for damage?
Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. You're only responsible for damage it doesn't cover, and that's capped at the security deposit. Operator terms: All boats insured against: risks from liability to third parties, damage to hull/machinery/equipment, third party liability, sea pollution liability. Deductible provision applied depending on yacht value
How much will fuel cost?
Fuel isn't included — you return the tank full. This boat's ~60 HP engines burn roughly 4.8 L/h while motoring, so a typical week (about 3 h a day, ~21 h) works out to roughly 101 L ≈ €197 at €1.95/L — scale it to your own plans. Many skippers run one engine on passage to roughly halve fuel use — ask your operator if that’s fine for your boat.
Do I need a sailing licence in Greece?
Two crew with proof of competence are required — a skipper holding an ICC or national equivalent and a co-skipper who signs a declaration of sailing experience.
What is included in the charter rate?
Your rate includes a welcome kit, final cleaning, bed sheets and towels (one set per person), the first fill for the outboard, a spare gas bottle, the first and last night at the marina, and use of the yacht's equipment such as VHF, GPS, autopilot, dinghy, warm water, bimini and blankets.
What is not included in the rate?
Fuel and water consumption, crew, berthing fees, provisioning, transfers and your personal extras are not included. We are happy to arrange provisioning and transfers for you on request.
Can we hire a skipper or cook?
Yes. A skipper is 190 euros per day and a hostess or cook is 170 euros per day, in both cases plus their provisioning. Just let us know when booking and we will arrange it.
Is there a mandatory charter pack?
Yes, a standard charter pack is payable in cash at the base before embarkation, ranging from 60 euros for a 2-cabin yacht up to 250 euros for a 6-cabin yacht, with catamaran rates from 200 to 300 euros depending on length.
What optional equipment can we add?
You can add a gennaker, a kayak or a stand-up paddleboard, each around 120 to 200 euros per charter week, plus extra linen and a safety net. These are arranged when you book.
When is the best time to sail in Greece?
April–October, hot and dry with the strong northerly Meltemi wind peaking in July–August, especially across the Cyclades.
