Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. For damage it doesn't cover, your liability is usually limited to the security deposit, except where the operator's terms say otherwise. Operator terms: The operator guarantees yacht insurance for the rental period, including liability insurance. Personal belongings and persons are not covered by the insurance.

Fuel isn't included — you return the tank full. Estimated from engine power: this boat's ~30 HP engine burns roughly 2.4 L/h while motoring, so a typical week (about 3 h a day, ~21 h) works out to roughly 50 L ≈ €75 at €1.50/L — scale it to your own plans.

Not if you add a skipper — this boat offers one, who holds the licence. Generally, though: No licence is required by Turkish law, but charter companies require proof of competence such as an ICC or RYA Day Skipper certificate.

No, pets aren't allowed on board for hygiene reasons. If a pet is brought aboard secretly, we charge an extra cleaning and disinfection fee of at least EUR 250.

Night cruising is limited for collision-prevention and safety reasons. You can't cruise after 19:30 from May to October, or after 17:30 from November to April.

You can cruise in Turkish territorial waters within the coastal zone and the area on the attached map. Stay within a 100 nautical mile diameter of Fethiye Bay and cover no more than 25 nautical miles (about 6 engine hours) per day. Leaving the area needs our written permission.

We share a daily weather forecast and you should follow our instructions based on it. If conditions threaten your safety, such as a storm, head to the nearest port. Port fees for any stop are yours to pay.

Tell us immediately and keep any replaced parts. Damage up to EUR 100 is repaired right away, and larger damage follows the contract's damage rules. For accidents or injuries, get an official report from the port authority or a doctor.
