Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. For damage it doesn't cover, your liability is usually limited to the security deposit, except where the operator's terms say otherwise. Operator terms: The price includes compulsory third-party liability insurance, comprehensive (Casco) insurance up to the registered value of the vessel, and crew accident insurance. Casco covers damage exceeding the deposit, but not intentional damage or gross negligence.

Fuel isn't included — you return the tank full. Estimated from engine power: this boat's ~28 HP engine burns roughly 2.2 L/h while motoring, so a typical week (about 3 h a day, ~21 h) works out to roughly 46 L ≈ €86 at €1.87/L — scale it to your own plans.

Not if you add a skipper — this boat offers one, who holds the licence. Generally, though: At least one crew member must hold a recognised sailing licence (ICC or national equivalent) plus a VHF/SRC radio operator certificate, both checked on arrival.

Pets are not allowed unless we agree to it beforehand. If we approve, an additional cleaning fee applies according to our current price list.

You can sail within Croatian territorial waters. Leaving them requires our prior written consent. We recommend sailing only in safe weather and good visibility, and we advise against sailing at night.

The boat can't be used for commercial charters, professional fishing or sailing school, and it can't be sublet or lent out. You also need our consent to take part in regattas, and towing another boat is not allowed.

Please plan your route carefully, and we recommend returning the evening before the end of your charter. If you're delayed by weather, contact the base manager. You'll bear the costs we incur, and a late return is charged at double the daily rate for each day.

You can carry only as many people as the boat is registered for. Send us a crew list at least a week before your charter, and nobody who isn't on it may stay aboard. If we feel the skipper lacks the needed navigation skills, we may require an official skipper at extra cost.
