Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. For damage it doesn't cover, your liability is usually limited to the security deposit, except where the operator's terms say otherwise. Operator terms: The owner insures the yacht and equipment as required by Greek law. Cover includes fire, marine and collision risks, third-party damage and loss or damage in excess of the €2,000 security deposit.

Fuel isn't included — you return the tank full. Estimated from engine power: this boat's ~100 HP engine burns roughly 8 L/h while motoring, so a typical week (about 3 h a day, ~21 h) works out to roughly 168 L ≈ €328 at €1.95/L — scale it to your own plans.

Not if you add a skipper — this boat offers one, who holds the licence. Generally, though: Two crew with proof of competence are required — a skipper holding an ICC or national equivalent and a co-skipper who signs a declaration of sailing experience.

The boat is for private pleasure use by you and your party only. Racing, towing other boats (except in an emergency) and subletting without our written consent are not allowed. You also need to stay within Greek waters.

Your party must include at least one qualified skipper and one experienced crew member. We may ask you and your crew to show your competence at sea with us aboard. If we're not satisfied, we may require a skipper at your expense or end the agreement.

For safety, you shouldn't leave port or anchorage if wind is, or is forecast to be, above Beaufort 7, or if the harbour authorities have banned sailing. Sailing at night is only allowed with all navigation lights working and a proper watch on deck.

Up to 12 passengers, in line with the boat's official documents. Everyone aboard must be on the crew list. You can change crew during the charter, but a new crew list must be filed for the port authorities.

Tell us as soon as you notice. If a mechanical or electrical failure comes from normal wear, we'll repair it within 36 hours of your notice. Claims about the boat's condition can't be accepted after you disembark unless you reported the issue during the charter.
