Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. You're only responsible for damage it doesn't cover, and that's capped at the security deposit. Operator terms: Vessel covered by compulsory third-party liability insurance and comprehensive (Casco) insurance up to registered value. Casco does not cover intentional damage or gross negligence.

Fuel isn't included — you return the tank full. This boat's ~100 HP engine burn roughly 8 L/h while motoring, so a typical week (about 3 h a day, ~21 h) works out to roughly 168 L ≈ €314 at €1.87/L — scale it to your own plans.

At least one crew member must hold a recognised sailing licence (ICC or national equivalent) plus a VHF/SRC radio operator certificate, both checked on arrival.

Pets such as dogs, cats or birds are only allowed with our prior permission, so please ask before you book. If we agree, an extra cleaning fee applies per the current price list.

The boat can't be used commercially, for professional fishing, as a sailing school, or be sublet or lent to others. Racing and regattas need our consent, towing other boats isn't allowed, and steering under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.

Please sail within Croatian territorial waters. Leaving them is only possible with our written consent given in advance.

If we find the person operating the boat lacks the necessary skills, we can require an official skipper to join the crew at the current rate. If you refuse the skipper, we may prohibit sailing out.

Please return it clean and tidy, with a full fuel tank and ready to sail, in the same condition as at handover. Take all rubbish off and leave it in the marina's designated garbage zone.
