Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. For damage it doesn't cover, your liability is usually limited to the security deposit, except where the operator's terms say otherwise. Operator terms: All vessels have Kasko cover with a deductible up to the deposit amount in the Price List. The policy also includes compulsory passenger insurance and compulsory third-party insurance.

Fuel isn't included — you return the tank full. Estimated from engine power: this boat's ~29 HP engine burns roughly 2.3 L/h while motoring, so a typical week (about 3 h a day, ~21 h) works out to roughly 48 L ≈ €90 at €1.87/L — scale it to your own plans.

Not if you add a skipper — this boat offers one, who holds the licence. Generally, though: At least one crew member must hold a recognised sailing licence (ICC or national equivalent) plus a VHF/SRC radio operator certificate, both checked on arrival.

Not automatically. Pets of any kind need our prior written consent, so please ask before you book.

Yes. Please don't leave port when winds are forecast above 25 knots or the port authorities have banned departures. Night sailing needs our prior written consent. The boat is for use in Croatian territorial waters, and if you want to go beyond them you need to tell us and confirm in writing at least 45 days ahead.

We may ask you to show your skills on a short test sail before you set off, and you cover the cost. If we feel you aren't ready to take charge, we'll assign a skipper at the Price List rate. If you decline the skipper, you can't leave port and the charter ends without a refund.

Only the people listed on your Crewlist can be on board. If the number of crew or passengers changes during the trip, please let us know.

Weather delays aren't excused, so plan to be at a comfortable distance from the base for the last 24 hours (about 40 NM two days before the end). A delay of more than 1 hour is charged at double the daily rate, plus any costs from not being able to hand the boat to the next guests.
