Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. You're only responsible for damage it doesn't cover, and that's capped at the security deposit. Operator terms: All vessels covered with Kasko deductible franchises up to deposit amount. Insurance includes Compulsory Passenger Insurance and Compulsory Third Party Insurance.

Fuel isn't included — you return the tank full. This boat's ~29 HP engine burn roughly 2.3 L/h while motoring, so a typical week (about 3 h a day, ~21 h) works out to roughly 48 L ≈ €90 at €1.87/L — scale it to your own plans.

At least one crew member must hold a recognised sailing licence (ICC or national equivalent) plus a VHF/SRC radio operator certificate, both checked on arrival.

Pets such as dogs, cats or birds may only be brought aboard with our prior written consent, so please ask us in advance before bringing any animals.

Sailing is within the territorial waters of Croatia. If you wish to sail beyond them, please let us know in writing as early as possible and no later than 45 days before your charter, as additional arrangements may apply.

We may ask you to demonstrate your competency by navigating the vessel with our representative present. If we feel you are not able to take charge of the boat safely, an official skipper will be engaged at the applicable rate.

Please do not sail at night or take part in races or regattas without our prior written consent, and do not sub-charter the vessel, carry passengers or goods commercially, or operate under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Please do not leave port when the expected wind exceeds 25 knots or when the port authority has issued a prohibition. In gale-force conditions, let us know your exact location so we can assist if needed.
