Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. For damage it doesn't cover, your liability is usually limited to the security deposit, except where the operator's terms say otherwise.

Fuel isn't included — you return the tank full. Estimated from engine power: this boat's ~110 HP engine burns roughly 8.8 L/h while motoring, so a typical week (about 3 h a day, ~21 h) works out to roughly 185 L ≈ €211 at €1.14/L — scale it to your own plans.

Not if you add a skipper — this boat offers one, who holds the licence. Generally, though: No sailing licence is required by Thai law, but charter companies require a sailing résumé showing experience on an equivalent boat.

Pay a 30% deposit of the total amount to confirm your booking. Until we receive it, your dates are only held provisionally, and the hold expires if we don't get the payment within 5 days.

The remaining 70% of the charter fee is due no later than 30 days before your sail date. You can pay by PayPal, credit card or bank transfer.

November–April is the dry northeast-monsoon high season around Phuket; May–October is the wetter, windier southwest monsoon.
