Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. For damage it doesn't cover, your liability is usually limited to the security deposit, except where the operator's terms say otherwise. Operator terms: Insurance follows the conditions of the yacht's insurer. The yacht has Kasko cover with deductible franchises up to the deposit amount per the Price List, including third-party damages.

Fuel isn't included — you return the tank full. Estimated from engine power: this boat's ~75 HP engine burns roughly 6 L/h while motoring, so a typical week (about 3 h a day, ~21 h) works out to roughly 126 L ≈ €236 at €1.87/L — scale it to your own plans.

Not if you add a skipper — this boat offers one, who holds the licence. Generally, though: At least one crew member must hold a recognised sailing licence (ICC or national equivalent) plus a VHF/SRC radio operator certificate, both checked on arrival.

Unfortunately not. Pets of any kind are not allowed on board.

You can sail within Croatian territorial waters. If you want to go beyond them, you need a signed permit from us and the related documents before you leave.

You should sail only in safe conditions, with a maximum of 6 B and good visibility, and never leave port if the authorities have banned departure. The return time still applies whatever the weather, so plan some buffer. Late returns bring extra charges, including a EUR 200 diver's service fee after 17:00.

Whoever skippers must have the skills for safe navigation, an open-sea licence and a GMDSS licence, or have a crew member who does. We may ask your skipper to demonstrate their competence at sea at the start of the charter. If they cannot, we will provide an official skipper at extra charge.

Tell us right away about any breakdown, accident or damage, record what happened and register it with the nearest Harbour Master's Office to get a verified report. Please also check the engine and oil regularly during the trip.

May–October, with the most reliable maestral winds and warm seas in June–September; July–August are the hottest and busiest.
