Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. For damage it doesn't cover, your liability is usually limited to the security deposit, except where the operator's terms say otherwise. Operator terms: The Vessel is insured for third-party liability and damage, and has hull insurance at its original value. The deductible per incident of damage is EUR 2,000.

Fuel isn't included — you return the tank full. Estimated from engine power: this boat's ~58 HP engines burn roughly 4.6 L/h while motoring, so a typical week (about 3 h a day, ~21 h) works out to roughly 97 L ≈ €146 at €1.50/L — scale it to your own plans.

Not if you add a skipper — this boat offers one, who holds the licence. Generally, though: No licence is required by Turkish law, but charter companies require proof of competence such as an ICC or RYA Day Skipper certificate.

The boat is for recreational use only. Commercial use, subletting, racing and modifications are not allowed. We can end the charter without a refund if the boat is used in an unsafe or illegal way.

Yes. Your skipper must show a valid sailing license and demonstrate competency. If we judge them unqualified, we can refuse departure.

If we provide a skipper, you are asked to follow their instructions on safety and operation of the boat.

Tell us immediately. If the boat can still sail, you will need to bring it back 24 hours before the agreed date so we can repair it. For serious damage, follow our instructions.

We are not liable for delays or interruptions caused by weather or other unforeseen circumstances, so it is wise to keep your plans flexible. If we have to cancel because of unforeseen circumstances, we offer a full refund or rescheduling.
