At Tres Sirenas, elegance and quality are our premises on board. 18.22 meters in length, elaborated to the greatest detail, equipped and equipped with everything that will make us enjoy our days at sea. We are located in Palma de Mallorca, with views of the city's majestic Cathedral. From here we will set sail towards the wonderful coves and beaches of the Balearic Islands. Is this boat insured, and who pays for damage?
Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. For damage it doesn't cover, your liability is usually limited to the security deposit, except where the operator's terms say otherwise. Operator terms: The Customer is responsible for any damage caused to the boat during use of the Service.
How much will fuel cost?
Fuel isn't included — you return the tank full. Estimated from engine power: this boat's ~1360 HP engine burns roughly 108.8 L/h while motoring, so a typical week (about 3 h a day, ~21 h) works out to roughly 2285 L ≈ €3907 at €1.71/L — scale it to your own plans.
Do I need a sailing licence in Spain?
Not personally — this boat requires a skipper, who holds the licence. Generally, though: A recognised sailing licence is required, with an ICC typically requested for non-Spanish skippers chartering a bareboat.
Can I change the date or type of my charter after booking?
You can ask us to, and we'll do our best to accommodate you, but we can't guarantee that your new date or boat type will be available. Contact us as soon as you know you'd like a change.
Do I have to follow the crew's instructions on board?
Yes. You need to follow the instructions of the ship's crew and the safety rules on board throughout your charter.
What happens if the boat I booked isn't available?
Availability can change without notice. If your booked charter can't go ahead, we'll contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.
Are taxes included in the price I see?
Prices on the website are in euros and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Once your booking is confirmed, later price changes won't affect it.
When is the best time to sail in Spain?
April–October across the Balearics and Costa Brava; reliable warm summers, busiest in July–August with the occasional afternoon thermal breeze.
