Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. For damage it doesn't cover, your liability is usually limited to the security deposit, except where the operator's terms say otherwise. You can lower the deposit by adding the operator’s damage waiver. Operator terms: Sailing outside Greek territorial waters requires additional insurance arranged through the operator, at the client's cost. The client must inform the operator as soon as possible and confirm in writing no later than 45 days before the charter starts.

Fuel isn't included — you return the tank full. Estimated from engine power: this boat's ~120 HP engines burn roughly 9.6 L/h while motoring, so a typical week (about 3 h a day, ~21 h) works out to roughly 202 L ≈ €394 at €1.95/L — scale it to your own plans.

Not if you add a skipper — this boat offers one, who holds the licence. Generally, though: Two crew with proof of competence are required — a skipper holding an ICC or national equivalent and a co-skipper who signs a declaration of sailing experience.

Pets are only allowed with the operator's prior written consent, so please ask before you book.

You can't sublet the yacht, carry passengers or goods commercially, or race without our written consent. Fishing and diving activities need valid licences. Emptying the holding tanks is only allowed at least 1 nautical mile from land.

Please don't leave port if winds above 25 knots are forecast or the port authorities forbid departure. In gale-force conditions, tell us your exact location so we can assist you. Weather delays are not accepted as a reason for returning late.

The yacht is covered for Greek territorial waters. If you want to sail beyond them, tell us in writing at least 45 days before your charter so we can arrange extra insurance at your cost.

We may ask you to show your skills by sailing the yacht with our representative on board, at your cost. If we think you're not competent, we'll assign a skipper at the price-list rate. If you refuse the skipper, you can't leave port and the paid charter fee is kept.
