About this boat

A gorgeous 2023 Tanna 47, she has 5 cabins and 5 heads, comfortably sleeping up to 10 people. The port side has 3 cabins, two that are accessed from the salon, and one access from outside. The inside cabins on the port side include a bunk bed cabin and a queen cabin. The queen cabin has an ensuite head while the bunk’s head is just outside of the cabin. For those who like a little extra privacy, the third port cabin is located outside and has a flip-up hatch door, separate from the rest of the boat and with its own full-sized head. The starboard side has 2 queen cabins each with their own head. Additional storage is available in the forward starboard cabin. Runny Babbit is designed with an open layout to maximize both your living and entertainment space while maintaining comfort and stability. In the salon, you can find an extensive couch with a small table in the middle, perfect for playing games while you sip tropical cocktails. The large windows give an unhindered view of the bow of the boat, and the skylights allow for streams of natural light. The large U-shaped galley is fully equipped with an oven, gas oven top, and ample counter space. She also has 2 drawer fridges, a separate freezer, and an extra fridge outside in the cockpit for easy access to cold beverages. The microwave doubles as an air fryer and is perfect for when you want to enjoy a simple meal at anchor. We added an extra outlet by the ice maker for easy access to all the makings of a cold drink on hot Caribbean days. The Flexiteek deck in the cockpit feels wonderful on your bare feet and gives the boat a nice, sharp look. Her flybridge is equipped with a spacious lounge area to spend time relaxing in the sun. Fusion speakers are provided throughout the main level, with quiet areas up top and out front. She is also equipped with numerous amenities, including a water maker, reverse osmosis water purifier, air conditioning controls in each cabin with two in the salon, and a generator. USB charging plugs throughout the boat, and Starlink** internet included at no additional charge. We've added a number of forward cleats for easily securing to a mooring ball, and in general attempted to do every upgrade that would make the Runny Babbit the best in the fleet. **Disclaimer: Yachts equipped with Starlink through Waypoints Yacht Charters provide an enhanced connectivity experience; however, service is not guaranteed. Frequently Asked Questions

Is this boat insured, and who pays for damage?
Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. You're only responsible for damage it doesn't cover, and that's capped at the security deposit.
How much will fuel cost?
Fuel isn't included — you return the tank full. This boat's ~120 HP engines burn roughly 9.6 L/h while motoring, so a typical week (about 3 h a day, ~21 h) works out to roughly 202 L ≈ €287 at €1.42/L — scale it to your own plans. Many skippers run one engine on passage to roughly halve fuel use — ask your operator if that’s fine for your boat.
Do I need a sailing licence in British Virgin Islands?
No formal sailing licence is required, but you must submit a sailing résumé proving recent experience on a similar-sized yacht for company approval.
