Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. For damage it doesn't cover, your liability is usually limited to the security deposit, except where the operator's terms say otherwise. Operator terms: The operator takes out liability insurance for the boat at its own expense. The insurance does not cover persons on board or their personal belongings, and the operator recommends the tenant arrange their own cover.

Fuel isn't included — you return the tank full. Estimated from engine power: this boat's ~1000 HP engine burns roughly 80 L/h while motoring, so a typical week (about 3 h a day, ~21 h) works out to roughly 1680 L ≈ €3142 at €1.87/L — scale it to your own plans.

Not personally — a skipper is included with this boat and holds the licence. Generally, though: At least one crew member must hold a recognised sailing licence (ICC or national equivalent) plus a VHF/SRC radio operator certificate, both checked on arrival.

Pets are only allowed with our written consent, so please ask us before you book.

Yes. The boat can't be used commercially, carry outside passengers, be sublet, or tow water sports gear such as wakeboards or jet skis. We also don't allow dangerous goods or changes to the boat or its equipment.

You must stay within Croatian waters unless we agree otherwise in writing. Don't leave a sheltered harbour when winds of 7 Bft or more are announced. Plan your trip so the boat can get back to its home port even in bad weather.

You or your skipper need enough seamanship and experience to manage a yacht. If that isn't the case, we can assign a skipper at your expense. You must also send us your crew list four weeks before the charter.

Only as many people as there are sleeping places and safety equipment on the boat, children included.

May–October, with the most reliable maestral winds and warm seas in June–September; July–August are the hottest and busiest.
