About this boat

This elegant motor yacht from the new Italian designer shipyard Italyure Yachts is perfectly equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. It is the ideal boat for all charter guests who do not want to go unnoticed in the bays around Mallorca. A modern design, high-quality materials and maximum comfort are guaranteed on this charter yacht. Easy driving fun and high performance are provided by two 350 hp outboard engines. The bow thruster allows easy manoeuvring even in the narrowest harbours of the Balearic Islands. Even at high speeds, the hull glides through the wave in a stable and dry manner. The large cockpit of the ME Daycruiser 38 with teak deck invites every charter crew to enjoy. The chic carbon roof above the steering position houses the shading for bow and stern, providing shade or sunbathing areas as desired. Between the double helm seat and the cockpit table in the stern, the large outdoor kitchenette with electric cooker, sink and second refrigerator fits in. The cockpit table with benches comfortably seats 6 people for eating and drinking. In the bow there is a large sun lounger and further benches. The complete cockpit rim is also made of teak and offers additional seating space. So everyone on board will find their favourite spot, whether you navigate in Mallorca, Ibiza, Formentera or Menorca. Pair your music with the on-board sound system and cast off. For Mallorca?s long nights, below deck on the ME Daycruiser 38 are two double cabins, a bathroom with separate shower and a kitchenette with fridge. This means that up to 4 people can sleep comfortably on board. Maximum comfort on board the ME Daycruiser 38 is also guaranteed by the air conditioning (usable with shore power). Equipment: Bow thruster, air conditioning, outside galley, cockpit fridge, electric anchor winch with anchor chain counter and much more. Also in day charter! Bookable online on a daily basis!

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this boat insured, and who pays for damage?
Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. You're only responsible for damage it doesn't cover, and that's capped at the security deposit. Operator terms: Boat insured against all risks with excess covered by deposit. Third party liability covers accidental personal injury and property damage up to EUR 5,000,000.
How much will fuel cost?
Fuel isn't included, and on a powerboat it's the biggest variable cost. At a typical planing cruise this boat's 350 HP engine burn roughly 53 L/h — about €91 an hour at €1.71/L. It depends heavily on speed: easing off the throttle cuts it sharply, running flat out raises it. Plan your fuel around the hours and speed you expect to cruise.
Do I need a sailing licence in Spain?
A recognised sailing licence is required, with an ICC typically requested for non-Spanish skippers chartering a bareboat.
What is included in the charter price?
The price covers use of the yacht and its accessories per the checklist, normal wear and tear, insurance, the dinghy, and the home berth and its associated fees. An outboard is included for catamarans and for sailing yachts of 45 foot and above.
What extras can I add to my charter?
Optional extras you can order include bed linen and towels, an outboard engine for smaller sailing yachts and motorboats, and items such as a Cabrera park permit. These are arranged and paid for separately.
What happens if my booked yacht is not available?
We will provide a yacht of the same or similar type. If only a lower category is available we refund the proportional price difference, or you may choose a full refund of what you have paid for the charter.
What condition is the yacht handed over in, and what do I check?
We hand the yacht over ready to sail, clean, with full water, fuel and gas tanks and all documents. At takeover you carefully check the condition, technical functions and inventory against a checklist and confirm it with your signature.
When is the best time to sail in Spain?
April–October across the Balearics and Costa Brava; reliable warm summers, busiest in July–August with the occasional afternoon thermal breeze.
