Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. For damage it doesn't cover, your liability is usually limited to the security deposit, except where the operator's terms say otherwise. Operator terms: Hull insurance and liability insurance (minimum EUR 1 million, no excess) are included in the charter price. The insurance does not cover personal injury from accidents on board, items brought aboard by the skipper and crew, or damage caused by wilful or grossly negligent…

Fuel isn't included — you return the tank full. Estimated from engine power: this boat's ~40 HP engine burns roughly 3.2 L/h while motoring, so a typical week (about 3 h a day, ~21 h) works out to roughly 67 L ≈ €125 at €1.87/L — scale it to your own plans.

Not if you add a skipper — this boat offers one, who holds the licence. Generally, though: At least one crew member must hold a recognised sailing licence (ICC or national equivalent) plus a VHF/SRC radio operator certificate, both checked on arrival.

Yes. Without our written consent you can't take part in regattas, use the yacht for training or paid transport, sublet it, or modify it. You also can't carry undeclared customs goods or dangerous goods.

Night sailing is allowed, but we ask for extra care, and we may restrict your route or prohibit night travel if conditions are unsafe. Without our written consent you can't leave protected ports in sustained wind of force 7 Bft or higher.

You're expected to plan for local weather and stay close to the return port during the last 24 hours. If dangerous weather or a sudden deterioration makes timely return impossible, you won't be penalised, but please tell us as soon as you foresee a delay.

You or your skipper must be able to skipper the yacht safely on your planned route in open waters. We may ask for proof of experience before booking and check your skipper's ability before handover. If we have clear doubts, we can arrange a skipper at your cost, or refuse handover.

Only the number of people permitted or agreed for the yacht may be on board. We need a crew list with all travelling persons at least 4 weeks before your charter starts.

May–October, with the most reliable maestral winds and warm seas in June–September; July–August are the hottest and busiest.
