Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. For damage it doesn't cover, your liability is usually limited to the security deposit, except where the operator's terms say otherwise. Operator terms: The refundable security deposit covers damage or loss of the yacht and equipment during the charter.

Yes, we can provide a professional skipper for the whole charter, and a hostess or cook too. Fees are agreed in writing beforehand and paid in cash at embarkation. Crew need their own cabin on board, and you provide their daily meals or the equivalent cost.

Extra charges apply for late returns, as set out in your Charter Party Agreement. You're responsible for allowing for the weather so you can return at the agreed place and time.
