About this boat
Short island hops around the Saronic suit a group happy to swap sailing for a taverna table each night, with the afternoon breeze enough to actually sail without wearing anyone out. Everyone spreads out easily, gets their own space, and still gathers for the harbour dinners this stretch of Attica is built for.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this boat insured, and who pays for damage?
Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. You're only responsible for damage it doesn't cover, and that's capped at the security deposit. You can lower the deposit by adding the operator’s damage waiver. Operator terms: Charterer responsible for damages not covered by insurance
Do I need a sailing licence in Greece?
Two crew with proof of competence are required — a skipper holding an ICC or national equivalent and a co-skipper who signs a declaration of sailing experience.
Is the boat allowed to race or tow other vessels?
No. Racing and towing other craft are not permitted except in a genuine emergency, and the boat is strictly for the private pleasure of you and your party.
What sailing experience does my crew need?
Your party must include at least one qualified skipper and one experienced crew member. We may ask you and your crew to demonstrate your competence by handling the boat at sea with us aboard, and if we are not satisfied we can place a crew member on board for as long as needed for safety.
Are there weather limits on when we can leave port?
Yes. You should not leave port if the wind is forecast above 6 Beaufort, if the harbor authorities have banned sailing, or if weather conditions are doubtful. Please reduce sail when needed to keep sailing comfortable and avoid stressing the rig.
Can we sail anywhere and at night?
Please do not sail in areas not properly covered by your charts, and do not sail at night unless all navigation lights are working. Stick to well-charted waters and good visibility for everyone's safety.
What should we do if something breaks while we are out?
Report any damage to us by phone right away. With our prior consent you can arrange repairs at sea, and where damage is from normal wear we will refund the agreed cost against your receipts at the end of the charter.
