She is a modern performance cruiser with four double cabins, three bathrooms with electric toilets and a separate skipper cabin in the bow, and she is made for easy handling: an in-mast furling mainsail, a furling genoa and a bow thruster for stress-free marina manoeuvres. Room for Everyone Sofiya sleeps eight guests in four double cabins, two aft and two forward. All three bathrooms have a shower and an electric toilet, and the aft bathroom has a separate glass shower stall. Fans keep the cabins and the saloon airy. The skipper has a private cabin in the forepeak with its own toilet. Saloon and Galley Deck hatches with blinds bring light and fresh air into the saloon, where a settee wraps around the table. The galley has a gas stove and oven, a double sink, a fridge and a freezer, and a 2000 W inverter provides 220 V power on board. A Fusion stereo plays through speakers in the saloon and in the cockpit. Navigation You Can Trust Raymarine electronics: an Axiom chartplotter at the helm, wind, speed and depth instruments on the cockpit pedestal, a Quantum 2 radar, an autopilot and a fixed Ray63 VHF. The electric anchor windlass is controlled from the helm, and a bow thruster with a joystick at the helm makes mooring simple. Sail or Simply Relax With the mainsail furling into the mast and a furling genoa, setting and reefing sail is quick and easy, and Harken winches handle the sheets. A 59 kW (80 hp) Yanmar diesel takes over when the wind drops, and a solar panel on the coachroof helps keep the batteries charged. Life on Deck Twin wheels, a teak-look cockpit floor, cockpit cushions and a cockpit table with drop leaves make the cockpit the heart of the boat. A sprayhood and a bimini, joined by clear side panels, give shade and shelter, and cockpit lighting makes evenings on board easy. At the stern, the fold-down teak bathing platform with swim ladder takes you straight into the sea, and an outside shower lets you rinse off afterwards. A liferaft is stowed at the stern. Tender Sofiya carries an inflatable dinghy with a Honda 5 hp outboard for easy trips ashore.
