Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. You're only responsible for damage it doesn't cover, and that's capped at the security deposit. You can lower the deposit by adding the operator’s damage waiver. Operator terms: Vessel covered by third-party liability insurance (compulsory) and comprehensive (Casco) insurance up to registered vessel value. Casco covers damage exceeding deposit but not intentional damage or gross negligence.

Fuel isn't included — you return the tank full. This boat's ~75 HP engine burn roughly 6 L/h while motoring, so a typical week (about 3 h a day, ~21 h) works out to roughly 126 L ≈ €236 at €1.87/L — scale it to your own plans.

At least one crew member must hold a recognised sailing licence (ICC or national equivalent) plus a VHF/SRC radio operator certificate, both checked on arrival.

Pets such as dogs, cats or birds are allowed only with our prior permission. If a pet is approved, you will pay an additional cleaning cost according to the current price list.

You must stay within the territorial waters of Croatia, and leaving them is only possible with our prior written consent. You should sail only in safe weather with good visibility, avoid clearly dangerous areas, and not sail at night.

Yes. If we find that you or the person steering does not have the navigation skills required, we may appoint an official skipper to join your crew at the current price-list rate. If you refuse the skipper, we may prevent the boat from sailing.

You may not carry more people than the vessel is registered for, and only people listed on the crew list may stay aboard. Please send us the full crew list at least one week before your charter.

You may not use the vessel for commercial purposes, professional fishing, a sailing school or similar activities, sublet or lend it to anyone, take part in regattas or races without our consent, or tow another boat except when genuinely unavoidable.
