Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. For damage it doesn't cover, your liability is usually limited to the security deposit, except where the operator's terms say otherwise. You can lower the deposit by adding the operator’s damage waiver. Operator terms: The price includes compulsory third-party liability insurance, comprehensive (Casco) insurance up to the registered value of the vessel, and crew accident insurance. Casco covers damage exceeding the deposit, but not damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

Fuel isn't included — you return the tank full. Estimated from engine power: this boat's ~75 HP engine burns roughly 6 L/h while motoring, so a typical week (about 3 h a day, ~21 h) works out to roughly 126 L ≈ €236 at €1.87/L — scale it to your own plans.

Not if you add a skipper — this boat offers one, who holds the licence. Generally, though: At least one crew member must hold a recognised sailing licence (ICC or national equivalent) plus a VHF/SRC radio operator certificate, both checked on arrival.

You can cruise within Croatian territorial waters; leaving them needs our prior written consent. Night sailing isn't allowed, and you should only sail in safe weather and good visibility.

Yes. You can't use it commercially, for fishing for profit, sailing school, subletting or lending it, towing another boat, or racing without our consent. You also can't carry more people than the boat is registered for, and everyone aboard must be on your crew list.

The skipper's boat leader license number goes on the crew list we need one week before departure. If we find at handover that your skipper lacks the required navigation skills, we can appoint an official skipper at our price list rate. If you refuse, we can stop the departure and keep the amount paid.

Tell us right away using the emergency numbers in the boat's documentation, and don't leave port if a part vital for safe sailing is out of order. We repair normal wear-and-tear defects within 24 hours. If the damage wasn't your fault and a harbour repair costs you time, you get proportional compensation.
