About this boat

With its 52-foot length and good layout, the tefiti is ideal for hosting large groups of friends or families. It has a spacious cockpit with a bathing platform that opens up and enlarges the space to enjoy life at anchor. The cabins are spacious and well ventilated. The bathrooms are comfortable, having one large one in the stern and two normal ones in the forward cabins. There is also a skipper's cabin in the bow. She is a good sailor thanks to her length and large sails. Both the genoa and the mainsail are furling which makes it very comfortable to sail and it has a powerful engine and bow thruster which makes docking much easier. The galley has a three burner cooker, oven, two refrigerators and a salt water tap to save water when washing up.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this boat insured, and who pays for damage?
Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. You're only responsible for damage it doesn't cover, and that's capped at the security deposit.
Do I need a sailing licence in Spain?
A recognised sailing licence is required, with an ICC typically requested for non-Spanish skippers chartering a bareboat.
When is the best time to sail in Spain?
April–October across the Balearics and Costa Brava; reliable warm summers, busiest in July–August with the occasional afternoon thermal breeze.
