Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. For damage it doesn't cover, your liability is usually limited to the security deposit, except where the operator's terms say otherwise. You can lower the deposit by adding the operator’s damage waiver. Operator terms: The Owner insures the yacht and equipment against fire, marine and collision risks, third-party damage and loss or damage in excess of the liability.

Fuel isn't included — you return the tank full. Estimated from engine power: this boat's ~114 HP engines burn roughly 9.1 L/h while motoring, so a typical week (about 3 h a day, ~21 h) works out to roughly 191 L ≈ €372 at €1.95/L — scale it to your own plans.

Not if you add a skipper — this boat offers one, who holds the licence. Generally, though: Two crew with proof of competence are required — a skipper holding an ICC or national equivalent and a co-skipper who signs a declaration of sailing experience.

You can cruise within the Greek seas only. Taking the boat outside that area is not allowed, and you also need to plan your route so you are within 40 nautical miles of the return port two days before the end of your charter.

For safety, you must not leave a port or anchorage if the wind is or is forecast to be above Beaufort 6, or if the harbour authorities ban sailing. Reduce sail promptly when needed, and stay in port whenever conditions or the state of the boat or crew are doubtful.

Your party must include at least one qualified skipper and one experienced crew member. We may ask you to show your competence by sailing the boat with one of our representatives aboard. If it falls short, we can end the agreement or place a seaman aboard at your expense.

Up to 12 people may be aboard at sea, and only people on your crew/passenger manifest. The boat is for private pleasure only. Racing, towing other boats (except in an emergency) and subletting are not allowed.

Please return the boat cleaned up and in the same good condition as when you took it over, with all her equipment. If you are late, a daily charge applies, equal to the daily charter price plus 50%, for each day or part of a day.
