Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. Two crew with proof of competence are required — a skipper holding an ICC or national equivalent and a co-skipper who signs a declaration of sailing experience.

Yes, pets are welcome on board, but double cleaning fees apply. Please let us know in advance so we can arrange it.

The price includes bed linen, towels and blankets, a dinghy with outboard engine, mooring for the first and last night at base, one full spare gas bottle for cooking, and a 5-litre canister for the outboard. Fuel, water, provisioning and berthing fees elsewhere are not included.

A skipper, hostess or cook can be added to your charter. The hostess prepares breakfast and a light lunch and keeps the common areas tidy, while a cook prepares three meals a day. Any crew you add will need their own cabin and bathroom.

Optional extras include a Wi-Fi router, stand-up paddleboard, electric scooter, safety net and automatic lifejackets, as well as professional crew. Some items are not available at every base, so please ask us when booking.

Please tell the base manager right away and cooperate with their efforts, and we will do our best to put things right, aiming to resolve issues within 24 hours where possible. Any complaint should be given to us in writing within 24 hours of the event and before the charter ends.
