Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. For damage it doesn't cover, your liability is usually limited to the security deposit, except where the operator's terms say otherwise. Operator terms: The yacht has hull insurance at its original value, with a deductible per damage incident of EUR 1,500 for monohulls and EUR 3,000 for catamarans. Third-party liability insurance covers property damage and bodily injury up to a lump sum of EUR 5,000,000.

Fuel isn't included — you return the tank full. Estimated from engine power: this boat's ~194 HP engines burn roughly 15.5 L/h while motoring, so a typical week (about 3 h a day, ~21 h) works out to roughly 326 L ≈ €489 at €1.50/L — scale it to your own plans.

Not if you add a skipper — this boat offers one, who holds the licence. Generally, though: No licence is required by Turkish law, but charter companies require proof of competence such as an ICC or RYA Day Skipper certificate.

Your charter area covers Turkish waters between Bodrum and Marmaris. If you want to leave Turkish territory, you need our approval before the charter starts, and you must clear in and out according to the local regulations.

Yes. You can't use the yacht commercially, sub-charter it, tow other boats (except in an emergency), or carry undeclared dutiable goods. Racing is only possible if we approve it before you sign the charter contract.

You still need to bring the yacht back to the agreed port, and bad weather doesn't change that obligation. If you have to end the trip somewhere else for compelling reasons, tell us in good time and leave only qualified crew on board until we take over the yacht.

Contact us immediately. If the yacht is still usable, head back to the agreed port at least 24 hours before your return date so we can repair it for the next guests. Small wear-and-tear repairs up to EUR 100 can be done on board if we approve them first, and we reimburse you against the invoice.

You can have up to the permitted number of people for your yacht on board, and not more.
