Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. For damage it doesn't cover, your liability is usually limited to the security deposit, except where the operator's terms say otherwise. Operator terms: The price includes insurance for the vessel, all end users and the crew, under the conditions set by the insurance company with which the provider has insured the vessel.

Fuel isn't included — you return the tank full. Estimated from engine power: this boat's ~54 HP engines burn roughly 4.3 L/h while motoring, so a typical week (about 3 h a day, ~21 h) works out to roughly 90 L ≈ €168 at €1.87/L — scale it to your own plans.

Not personally — a skipper is included with this boat and holds the licence. Generally, though: At least one crew member must hold a recognised sailing licence (ICC or national equivalent) plus a VHF/SRC radio operator certificate, both checked on arrival.

The captain decides the general course and the ports, as he is responsible for the safety of the vessel and everyone on board. You are welcome to share your wishes, but the final call on route and docking is his.

We may change the route in bad weather, and the captain can head for a safe harbor if a weather warning is issued. Overnight anchoring is only possible when the captain judges that weather and safety conditions allow it.

Our services are provided in Croatian territorial waters. If you want to leave them, you need to request and get our written approval before confirming your reservation, and you pay the cost of any required permits.

No. Smoking is not allowed on the boat, and that includes electronic cigarettes.

Unmanned charter is not possible. The boat comes with a captain and crew, and the captain is responsible for navigation and safety. Crew service runs from 8 AM to 11 PM.
