For damage it doesn't cover, your liability is usually limited to the security deposit. You can lower the deposit by adding the operator’s damage waiver.

Not if you add a skipper — this boat offers one, who holds the licence. Generally, though: No licence is required by Turkish law, but charter companies require proof of competence such as an ICC or RYA Day Skipper certificate.
