Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. For damage it doesn't cover, your liability is usually limited to the security deposit, except where the operator's terms say otherwise. Operator terms: The Charterer must cover damage to the yacht and its equipment, and missing equipment, arising during the charter.

Fuel isn't included, and on a powerboat it's the biggest variable cost. Estimated from engine power: at a typical planing cruise this boat's 30 HP engine burns roughly 5 L/h — about €9 an hour at €1.75/L. It depends heavily on speed: easing off the throttle cuts it sharply, running flat out raises it. Plan your fuel around the hours and speed you expect to cruise.

Not if you add a skipper — this boat offers one, who holds the licence. Generally, though: The yacht is issued to an adult Charterer who presents an identity document, proof of payment of the charter fee, and a sailing license or sailing book with the appropriate sailing rank entry.

You can sail only on the Great Masurian Lakes. The yacht can't be moved outside this area, and it can't be transported overland on any route.

No, you can't tow other vessels or people unless you're assisting someone in need, and then the towing is at your own responsibility. Subchartering or commercial use isn't allowed unless your charter agreement says so.

Tell us immediately about any failure that stops you from sailing. We decide how and when it gets fixed, and any third-party repair needs our prior consent. If the failure was caused by you, the repair is at your cost under our price list.

Return it in good working order, clean and refueled, and sign the handover protocol with our representative. A mandatory cleaning fee applies, and there is an extra charge if the chemical or marine toilet isn't emptied.

Late returns cost PLN 100 for up to 1 hour, rising to PLN 500 for more than 16 hours. These are deducted from your security deposit. If you're more than 24 hours late, the penalty is twice the charter fee.
