Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. For damage it doesn't cover, your liability is usually limited to the security deposit, except where the operator's terms say otherwise. Operator terms: The yacht has third-party liability and full comprehensive insurance with a deductible (the deposit). Damage to sails, gear and engine, and damage caused by negligence, is not covered and is paid by the guest.

Fuel isn't included, and on a powerboat it's the biggest variable cost. Estimated from engine power: at a typical planing cruise this boat's 130 HP engine burns roughly 20 L/h — about €37 an hour at €1.87/L. It depends heavily on speed: easing off the throttle cuts it sharply, running flat out raises it. Plan your fuel around the hours and speed you expect to cruise.

Not if you add a skipper — this boat offers one, who holds the licence. Generally, though: At least one crew member must hold a recognised sailing licence (ICC or national equivalent) plus a VHF/SRC radio operator certificate, both checked on arrival.

Pets are possible, but only on request, so let us know before booking and we will confirm.

You can sail within Croatian territorial waters. Going anywhere else needs our special approval or a permit in advance.

You can't sub-lease the yacht, take part in regattas without our prior agreement, or tow other vessels except in an emergency. Sailing at night in unsafe weather is not allowed.

Only the people listed on your crew list can sail with you. Taking more aboard isn't allowed.

Call us straight away on the numbers in the yacht documentation and we will fix it promptly. If we fix it within 24 hours, there is no reimbursement. Please also check the engine oil, gear oil and cooling system every day.
